OK, we should be getting our Maxtrax today from KC. We are going to have to mount ours on the roof the car. For those of you that have mounted yours on the roof, how did you do it and can you please post some pictures.

Thanks.

My son and I found the V-Mar car in AZ a couple years ago and fully restored it for NORRA, haven't gotten to race the NORRA race yet, but it's on our bucket list for 2016.

Do you have any close ups of the maxtrax mounted on your jeep? Looks like how I planned on mounting them.

Not on the roof but thought I would share anyhow.

Mounted on the roof was too hard, for me, to deal with being a little on the short side. Mounted in the back was much easier to remove and replace the Maxtrax. After spending the $300 on them we will run them even after the WSOB. So I wanted them efficient and easy to handle.

Works like a charm! Very easy to get them out and put back in, in a hurry.

I used the Maxtrax mounting brackets.
