My Gleason is holding up so far, 300 miles. The secrets aren't in the parts, it's the assembly you're paying for. If you want to learn to do it yourself plan on investing some time and a few special tools that are probably around $300-500.

My next tranmission is a step up.... That's all I'm saying now.... O O O....

I know that. You can SEE the difference between the G and K, the difference between the K and O is less noticable but also there as well. My O is setup and ready finally for the nice build I'm almost done with.

I have a K laying around that is prepped to go into the transmission in the car with the G in it now. That update will make it a bit better of a spare, pretty much inline with what most guys have around here.

I was just saying that I setup that Gleason just right and am interested to see how much the backlash has changed in 500 miles of use. I know you're a transmission guy so you know what I'm talking about here.

I led every lap at Battle at primm, won the Snore 250 and won the Oraf 500 and led the Rage at the river untill the yellow light shorted the electrical system and killed the engine all with the same Metal craft trans by Scott with out ever looking at it between races and it is still working wonder full. I tend to take a class 11 to the outer limmits of what a class 11 will do driving harder all day than most and have had ZERO issues and would have no problem going again. I recommend Scott to anybody needing any class racing trans, he not only builds great transmissions but he is also a honest person you can trust to do things rite and the way it should be done and not take your wallet to the bank! Thanks Scott for everything!!!

I love my Metalcraft transmission so much I want to take it out behind the middle school and get it pregnant.

Seriously, we'll be getting a second one before the 1000.
