Your yellow, blue, blue flasher all need to be wired to your on/off switch per the rules. Your brake light should be wired through that circuit as well. Ideally you want to run your radio directly off the battery and not have it switched as it can cut down on your transmit power.

Looking at you list the only things I see you could be missing is a back up electric fuel pump and intercomm. You might also want to think about adding a dome light in the car as well. If you have a fan on your oil cooler you need to factor that in as well.

Your brake light circuit should be ON always. I would wire stuff like the battery, intercomm seperate from everything else and that should help with your interference.

The electric fuel pump can be wired into the IGN circuit with the lights, it can always be on and draws nearly nothing.

Dome lights, you might want to add to the car.

The Horn should always be ON also, it's a safety feature like the brake light circuit.

Wire the start button to get it's power from the IGN circuit, that way you're never cranking without spark. If you really want to do that, it's as simple as disconnecting the coil terminal or plug.

Go on line and order the Waytec and Del City catalogs. They carry all the parts you will need and at a very modest price.

I used all auto re-setting circuit breakers and Bosch relays. Switch all loads on the negative side and you should be good to go. If prefer to use the waterproof fuse panels, they too are available from Waytec and Del City.

Remember that the horn MUST have a relay of the amp draw will destroy the switch in short order.
I would suggest that each set of running lights and headlights be on separate circuits.
